Andrew Knight of Pennine Trent Limited was asked to supplement resources in the finance department following the resignation of the Management Accountant and Financial Controller. The task was not only to fill the vacuum created by staff changes but also to support myself in the process of the business being sold out of Courtaulds Textiles plc to a private buyer. Andrew successfully completed the assignment in a particularly difficult process and the business was sold and new personnel were recruited. Andrew’s approach of hard work and good planning epitomises Pennine Trent’s ethos of delivering solutions whatever the circumstances. I was very impressed with Andrew’s abilities both professionally and personally and would recommend his services.
